Returns on non-damaged products -
We will gladly accept a return for credit up to (30) days from the date of original purchase. The items must be in the SAME CONDITION as when the shipment arrived, unwashed, with all tags and packaging in tact. If your item is returned with Pet Hair, a refund will NOT be given.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with this return. 

Exchange of non-damaged products - 

We will accept all requests for exchanges on non-damaged items within (30) days from receiving your items. The items must be in the SAME CONDITION as when the shipment arrived, unwashed, with all tags and packaging in tact. If your item is returned with Pet Hair, a refund will NOT be given. 

The customer will be responsible for shipping cost one-way. We will cover shipping cost to send the new item to you. 

Returns of damaged products - 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged to you, we will process your request immediately and arrange a replacement item shipped at no expense. In the event that the damaged items is no longer in stock, we will contact you with alternatives or offer a refund. 

The customer will not be liable for any shipping cost.

Returns of defective products after (30) days - 

We take pride in offering the best quality products that we can bring to market. For various reasons defects do occur and we take pride in our customer service in dealing with these issues. If your product is defective for any reason after (30) days from receiving them, we will asses the cause of the issue and determine replacement, refund, or webstore credit.

The customer will not be liable for any shipping cost.
